If you enjoy a siloed working culture, low pay and never having enough people to do all the work, I suppose these wouldn’t be “Cons.” Good luck seeing any meaningful raises or internal promotions. You’d be better off getting your salary up elsewhere and starting at Commerce with a respectable salary brought over from your former employer. That said, once you’re there, loyalty is not rewarded — at least in any financially significant way. Good luck!

Low pay if promoted within. You’re better off gaining experience elsewhere and then coming into Commerce at a higher pay range. Low to average pay increase year over year. Loyalty is not rewarded so you must leverage external offers for any significant pay increase.
