Cons
We had a horrible manager, many team members quit and dealt with depression while there. We reported this to the director and HR but nothing was put in place for change. The entire team set a meeting with HR, that's how bad the climate/ culture was on our floor. They met with us as a group and individually - still by the time I left, nothing had been addressed.
