      A strong company that is at times, almost too conservative

      Pros

      A good company to start a career. Very conservative which allows for a stable job. Heavily involved in the community.

      Cons

      Managers do not do a good job at growing their employees to full potential. Not a lot of room for growth unless you are part of the inner-circle. A good company to begin your career with but would need to look elsewhere for higher level positions.

      Pros

      Can get away with a lot if you know who to know

      Cons

      Cheap bank, lackadaisical management, a good ole boys club. No one is held accountable, especially if you've been there for a long time. CEO is a goofball, surprised he can dress himself in the morning. They used to try and develop some of their own software, which consisted of a 4th grader's power point presentation. The sheer amount of craptitude that people got away with was jaw dropping.
