If you don't desire to work in sales I suggest you do not apply for this position. You receive constant coaching on how to improve your sales numbers, they have a ridiculous excel spreadsheet to rank where you are at sales wise. If you are not at the expected level expect micro managing and to constantly have a manager hovering over you watching your every move. Even if the customer is just coming in for a simple deposit or coming through the drive thru you are expected to sell, sell, sell.
