Un-organized and redundant paperwork and records Management has no concept of the rolls involved the "blame game" is strong on all fronts Team lead is incompetent and petty and management above them is disconnected "Constructive" criticism is not existent, as they are too busy talking down and patronizing you through aggressive and belligerent emails and teams messages
