Hawaii based company, national sales meeting held in Kona Good commission based compensation (10% of profit) Work from home/office combination Great engineering support down south, southwest, and west coast, but below average on east coast, north excellent reputation within Sun Microsystems, NetApp, TCS (all account specific)

No government contracts other than GSA Fiscal year ends March 31, after the slowest months of government buying Graduated 8(a) with no plan in place, and is no longer HUB Zone eligible Very weak on east coast- areas of concentration are the pacific and southwest Confusing management style- combining laid back Hawaii mentality with fairly high energy, extremely emotional sales leader. Great during the busy government sales cycle, irrational during the slow periods
