Fast paced and good coworkers. There are always opportunities to move up if you are competent at your job.
Cons
Be prepared to be always on the clock. Up and down nature of the import/export business means that some days you get out early and other days you are there way into the night.
There's endless potential for growth within the company for those who are eager to learn and want to take on responsibility. The management team really cares about the well being of their people. There are monthly catered lunches and weekly bagels and donuts provided for staff.
Cons
Very fast paced, stressful and little margin for error. The learning curve is very steep. The training provided is weak at best.
