      Caring co-workers, but toxic leadership and hostility

      Pros

      Getting to work with co-workers that really do care about the community & helping others. Pay is good.

      Cons

      Really inappropriate behavior from senior leadership, many who do not have the qualifications needed to be in their roles. A lot of lying and illegal reporting happening around what is really taking place. Staff are not allowed to raise any concerns around this or it will get very hostile towards them.

      Pros

      Decent pay and good opportunity for clinical experience.

      Cons

      Very expensive health insurance, limited to no benefits, unsafe working conditions, always short staffed, and leadership has changed a lot in the past few years. You will most likely develop PTSD symptoms from working here.
