I have never worked for a company that cares as much for their employees as they do. Upper management at CSIG is truly invested in their employees. All feedback/ suggestions are welcomed at the home office. CSIG strives to be a forward thinking, innovative and stable employer. I couldn't ask for a better company to work for!

Cons

Hopefully someday soon ALL CSIG employees will be able to experience the infectious attitudes of everyone at the home office.

the vision and direction that the company is taking . giving back to our residents and community are great . this company allows me to be the I care attitude that I share outside of work.

Cons

been with the company for almost a year and loving how they take care of us not sure at this time that I can find a negative side of my employment

Pros

The company is 100% supportive and dedicated to every employee. In the first 3 months of my new position, I personally spoke to each and every President / CEO / regional director; and each of them truly took the time to listen to me and encouraged me to reach out to them at any point. I have never worked for an organization that treats all of their employees, regardless of position, with such respect and care.

Cons

There are times of frequent traveling to different communities within the company.
