-Built relationships with a lot of great people during training and other outings -Ability to help families and see the impact you were able to have on them -Fair pay with average benefits

Cons

-1440 culture isn’t what they try to drill into your mind 24/7. Words and actions don’t correlate to their beliefs. You drink the juice until you realize the real problems that are going on. -lack of growth opportunities -No work life balance, always heavy pressure to hit your numbers and no grace or willingness to understand when you don’t -Make sure you’re a yes man and don’t ask too many questions.

Pros

The best part was the people.

Cons

The management. They treat people badly..They sent new chef's in and its so bad the Attorney General needs to step in. They brought in men to the kitchen and replacing woman with men.The kitchen is so dirty now and the food they complain on every night and with the amount of money these people pay, they should have the kind of food they like and are asking for. So on top of the bad ,food,dirty kitchen,you should then add in the lead cook sweating all over and taking the dry kitchen towels that you wash counters off and dishes with,Let's have him wipe his face and neck off with them and then lay them on the counter where we cook and prep food. YUMMY!
