      Great Clinical Educator, lots of classes, opportunity for shared governance

      Culture of perfection, RNs encouraged to self-report errors and promised it won't result in punitive actions, but it does!

      Pros

      It's wonderful to be part of such a worthy cause. It changes you...you will never look at death the same way as before. The staff are caring and involved and treat each patient with respect nobility.

      Cons

      It can be difficult dealing with death and the dying but its also very rewarding. You will always beome attached to the patients and even though you know their time is short you still are not prepared for the end.
