Pros

Best laboratory technicians to work with ever

Cons

Upper management, has poor communication skills. They only care if they look good and could care less about their employees that are dependable and hard workers, take extra shifts and stay late to get the job done. The general consensus is that you are not worth the time and effort. They keep employees as part time so they don't have to pay full benefits for you. If you want to be treated like dirt go ahead and join the team.

Horrible place for men

Pros

Nice employee events & annual gifts

Cons

1. Horrible place to work if you’re male. Middle and upper mid management is vastly female with chips on their shoulders. A female coworker did NO WORK for months along with a sexist attitude toward her male surpervisor (me). This was brought to HR with objective data and copies of passive aggressive demeaning emails. HR did NOTHING, not even a corrective action notice toward the female employee. If you’re male you will be ignored, you will be demeaned and forced to work your job and the non-working female coworker’s job as well. Feminist ideology has penetrated this system and the male employees are talking about it.
