      Centura Health- The Revolving Door

      Pros

      If you are a capable HR professional, they will put you to work. You will be exposed to a lot of different aspects of HR, just have your fingers crossed that you have the resources to teach or help you (many times you will not). If you want to work for a giant organization, then they definitely have that going for them.

      Cons

      Poor training at all levels for HR, Payroll, and Comp processes. The culture here is awful. They do not advocate for their employees, they would prefer to just replace associates instead of addressing organizational breakdowns or performance improvement. You literally are a cog in the wheel, and you definitely get the impression you are easily replaceable.The corporate office is definitely "mature" and cold. If you are a young professional, be prepared to be reminded of it regularly.

      Pros

      Absolutely enjoy working in an atmosphere where you feel as though you are part of a family. They are old school and great work ethics with a dynamic sense of support. I could not be happier working with great people and management is so down to earth.

      Cons

      None I can think of.
