      There are bunch great employees at Centura

      Cons

      Administration demands so much every day. They keep adding additional tasks all the time without taking anything off the plate. Many employees often don't get breaks or lunches. The middle management has a lot of turnover right now.

      The pay and benefits are more than decent. The discounts and other benefits to employees is great

      Management is unstable and unreliable. They don't seem to care about the employees and you often see administration and supervisors hanging out at the coffee shop while you are busy. Then to be told constantly that the hospital is broke and we have to cut this and not do that! Very frustrating and demoralizing attitude
