      Good work-life balance, good benefits, excellent corporate culture. A lot of benefits have decreased in recent years but Centura is only trying to survive in the competitive healthcare market.

      Cons

      Lots of changes throughout the organization that are sometimes not well-planned, communicated or executed. Can leave employees feeling in the dark.
