Pros
Your co-workers are professionals and have all made it through the C-Level round robin. The gym is a great perk, and the length of employment for most people is very long. Most people are great, knowlegdable, and dedicated.
Cons
Senior management never sticks around for too long. This has caused a sense of un-ease and somewhat directionless staff. There are those in senior management that jump to quickly into bad decisions, and then those that sit on good ideas - maybe that's everywhere, but this a top rated hospital. Funding is an issue, but that is more of an industry thing.
