Pros

At this moment in time: remote, collaborative, diverse; however enterprise system is still trying to get leadership and their ship steering in the right direction with the large merger from CHI and DH in 2021; however, it is coming together.

Cons

A lot of changes that took place in a very short amount of time, 3-4 re-orgs in a year different leadership styles to learn when shifted so many different times. With all the shifts, learning new roles that didn't have a lot of direction and processes that needed to be refined.

Pros

They want to make changes in their business models, but this may entail laying off a large portion of their staff with poor severance pay.

Cons

Lack of compassion for employees; poor employee assistance programs; hard to get in contact with them when there is an issue; you do not feel respected or appreciated by this company.

Pros

It's a paycheck when you're in need. They are always hiring so it's not hard to get a position...in the non-clinical side of positions. The health insurance was relatively ok.

Cons

They don't value any employees below a "Provider" status. They do not take HR complaints seriously. When employees go to HR about harassment and bullying, nothing is done. There is a quick interview with the complainant and zero follow-up. The pay, unless it's a provider status, is below any livable wage. So many people have 2-3 side jobs just to survive. If you are a provider and looking for a job - it's supposedly a good place to work. If you are not a provider, look at other companies. Even when the disassociation happens, it would be surprising if it gets better.
