      Terrible c-suite and management

      Pros

      It is a job and there is plenty of overtime (because there's no staff)

      Cons

      Cult-like mentality against speaking negatively in any way about management, the job, etc. Stating you feel unsafe with the helpless security guards will get you platitudes and no change. Focused on press ganey scores and reviews rather than medical outcomes. Pay is better than AMR but worse than every hospital in the Springs.

      Pros

      - The work is fulfilling. As a non-profit catholic based organization, they genuinely care for people, and the communities that they are rooted in. - Very inclusive. The culture here is accepting of everyone. -Great work/life balance. Generous time off.

      Cons

      - No opportunities of promotion within the organization, so if you want a new position, then you have to apply through the company website like everyone else. - Some positions are short-staffed, so this generates prolonged time to get things done, and increased workloads in some areas.
