      Greedy company and bad management

      Pros

      I enjoy my coworkers and the patient population.

      Cons

      Since Centura transitioned to commonspirit, they seem to be wanting nurses to do more and don’t compensate accordingly. The company has fired several providers who speak up against bad patient care and company politics. Toxic management who refuses to acknowledge hard work and treats everyone as equal worker bees.
