Pros

Pay and access to benefits

Cons

Micromanaging environment, management wants production over quality. They will try and get you to quit with a toxic work environment, they will randomly message you to make sure you’re working, They don’t take responsibility and will blame you for their mistakes, they monitor your gap times and it will be discussed in your monthly 1:1’s-- you won't be able to get around them, the schedule is of LIMITED flexibility, they don’t talk to you like you’re an adult, they would rather to keep doing the same things the incorrect way, than to be told they're wrong and then make changes and do the correct thing. Benefits are expensive.
