Pros

Coworkers will keep you sane.

Cons

Underpaid and overworked. Not even close to market value salaries or hourly compensation. Management is deceptive, no guidance, no support. You will be asked to do so much more than just therapy - be ready to play bookkeeper, detective, interrogator, and social worker.
