Great company - but certain departments/groups are undergoing too much change
Pros
Great place to work, amazing perks, and most people are very nice and friendly. Bonuses are usually generous. Founder lets employees who have been at company for over 3 years use some of the properties that he owns, which is an amazing perk. If you want to learn and challenge yourself, you have the opportunity to do so, you just have to seek it.
Cons
As the company has experienced enormous growth, too many initiatives and too much change have been undertaken. This especially applies to the project management process and to development. Hoping that there isn't so much change all the time and that things settle down a bit. Too much change in too short a period can leave employees feeling like nothing is going to completely get done and that we are going to start our next initiative without completing initiatives that have already been started.
