      Some of the people are fun to work with.

      No communication. Poor management. HR is a horror. Compensation is very low. Toxic environment. No mobility opportunities.

      Pros

      The Culture and People at Commonwealth make it a great place to work. Great perks - Bagels and beer on Fridays. Group of partners/executives are totally accessible and are great people who care about their employees.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the emphasis on culture comes at a cost in regards to compensation and it doesn't seem like that feeling will change. Tough place to grow.
