Pros

Supportive environment along with a lot of learning opportunities if a person wants to take advantage of them. Progressive company with lots of diversity and highly intelligent people working for them.

Cons

Compensation isn't as much as I would like but other benefits are present such as flexibility if I need to attend to child or doctors appointments etc.
