      Pros

      Commonwealth was a great place to work. Management listened to what people had to say. The company is involved in charities and philanthropy. It is a community of people that like to work hard and play hard.

      Cons

      Not a ton of cons. Apparently the help desk was a tough department to be in, but did not work with them.

      Pros

      This company offers good benefits, a great training program for new employees along with trainings and courses available to every employee. They strive to go above and beyond, for their employees, advisors and prospects.

      Cons

      For me, the commute. They don't pay extremely well, but they try to make up for with their benefits and bonuses.
