Pros

Non in cashiering unless you are maybe fresh out of college looking to work in finance.

Cons

No upward mobility within department unless you're in their little group of buddies. Clear history of racial discrimination that's gone unchecked. Pay is low compared to other ops departments Cashiering is split up into 3 sub departments that nobody understands outside of the department. Creates a lot of confusion for interactions with reps and internal.

Pros

The company culture is pretty great, with lots of benefits, company events, and perks as you make your way.

Cons

It is very hard to negotiate a good salary, although CFN compares salaries to other job titles in the market, I found that employees mobility was difficult, and the pay gap between the higher levels and the lower levels is extensive. Further, they were unable to really move on with the times after covid, and options for remote work and more flexible work-life balance was met with negativity from the company's top players, who weren't as down to earth regarding what people really needed in the changing landscape.
