Hours are already set. You only make adjustments for PTO, overtime, etc. This gives almost a salaried employee feel. It's also good that a company isn't micromanaging your every minute. We're all responsible adults and this shows that CFN thinks so as well. It's much appreciated. Perks, perks, perks!
