Pros

Some really great employees and free snacks.

Cons

Leadership is a disaster. They managed to turn a great place to work into awful environment. Partners/CEO/President are clueless. It’s been downhill since they rolled out their tech company. Sold their souls! Technology is a disaster, projects are not moving, Corp strategy is a bunch of clowns. SVPs care about no one but themselves. Awful pay, bonus structure is ridiculous. Stock options have peaked and going no where. Advisors/clients are unhappy. The newest strategy of trillion dollar growth is obviously just ploy to sell. Prospect employees and advisors STAY AWAY! They do not care about employees and it shows!

Pros

Teammates are generally friendly. Up until recently going to work was pleasant.

Cons

A jarring transition from an employee feedback informed hybrid policy to an employee feedback excluded nanny state. A complete reversal of a policy that was praised by the CEO himself at the last company meeting. The policy was announced with a generic email full of the tired corporate buzzwords of mentoring, collaboration, and culture. The only culture that is visible now is one of open misery. The only topic of conversation is the open anger at what is being forced on the staff. Management is already starting the "or else" speeches and badge swipes are being monitored. Better together or better come in or get fired? The company is now in a growth focused mindset and the staff feel how they are slowly being pushed into the cold world of being measured in bottom line numbers.

Pros

My manager and team were great, can’t say much about rest of CFN

Cons

1. WFH policy is absurd. No business plan was ever laid out for why we should return to office other than top management wanted employees to talk over coffee?? 2. If you’re in an advisor facing role, get ready for them and their assistants to yell at you. Was told in orientation how CFN only brings in “good” people as advisors, couldn’t be further from the truth when it comes to interacting with advisors and their support staff on a day to day basis. My ops department has lists of offices no one wants to deal with 3. Pay, CFN wants you to commute to work on a ~50k salary if you’re a 2-3 year tenured employee. Look up Waltham rent and tell me how you can live a good life with todays gas prices, rent prices and you can’t work remote, so out of touch. We have our top people talking about inflation on cnbc but never saw an inflation bump in our pay checks.
