Excellent company to work for. Good opportunity for career development.

Cons

The company is trying to find balance while going through a period of tremendous growth. Management has been doing a great job navigating the company through this growth cycle but there has been a noticeable impact to the overall culture and work ethic of many of the new employees that have been brought on in the past several years.
