Pros
-The environment is friendly, and has many perks. (bagel Friday, drinking beer at real no discretion.) -Pay seems in line with most serious competitors. -View of downtown is nice, they also have a "relaxation room," Costco membership and fairly good health insurance.
Cons
-Lack of diversity in the workplace. -Sexual harassment prevalent from certain directors. -Cronyism. -Inferiority complex with LPL Financial. Sad, but true. -Too much drinking on the job. I felt like I was at a frat house. -Lack of respect towards advisors (behind the scenes.) -Chairman is far removed from the organization, lack of leadership. -Unable to act as a change agent for process improvement, stuck in its ways.
