Pros

Very great environment, everyone is friendly, and there are some nice perks such as company parties, Fridays: bagels/casual/beer after 4PM, and special treats during holidays.

Cons

You can get paid much more at another company for doing the same job. Some people do move around and up after a lot of years at the company, but I've seen people that, despite doing a great job, have been in the same position they were when they started a decade ago.
