Pros
CFN is great about employee appreciation. They really encourage advancing or moving to other departments in line with your career goals. Great culture and people.
Cons
The commute can be terrible if you live more than a 10 minute drive away. Management sometimes tolerates poor performance for way too long. The sheer amount of "exceptions" that are made for financial advisors can make your head spin, and really serves to undermine many standardized procedures.
