Pros

Having worked for this company for many years I have continued to feel supported and love the opportunities for collaboration. My position has evolved over the years and I'm encouraged to grow as a clinician and a team member. I feel valued and seen and love being a part of this team.

Pros

-Truly wonderful CF supervision program. I am so glad I did my CFY with CW and truly feel like a strong school-based therapist after the support I received. -Helpful resources on Google Drive -Commitment to inclusion and forward-thinking (e.g., hosting a neurodiversity-affirming approaches Webinar for employees) -"High Profile" case support for tricky IEPs -Fun company events -Materials stipends -Referral program -Wide array of team members to reach out to who specialize in various areas (e.g., motor speech, AAC, etc.). -Smaller company size offered a nice community feeling

Cons

-Yearly salary increases are somewhat minimal -Communication among administration is not always clear
