Pros

This job is awesome if you like doing nothing and getting paid for it, watch kids ruin their lives, and watch a company pretend they make a difference. You will have a lot of time on your hands. No management on site for around 70% of the time you are working. A double edge sword for what you will experience there.

Cons

Most employees that work the programs have come to the job because they can't do anything else. I was working with a guy who couldn't handle walking up stairs more than 2 times a day. It was pathetic. Employees steal food from sites, pretending to cook for the kids but instead bringing it home for themselves. Probably because they can't afford to buy food with the salary they get.
