Hires people without experience that can gain experience within organization. BCBAs care that go in person.

Cons

Little training compared to competing companies in the field. Not paid for cancellations. Switch to telehealth supervision during COVID which led to less client quality during this time and higher staff turnover.

Immediate supervisors and clinical managers are quick to assist with HR concerns and onboarding. They continually check in to ensure I am comfortable and happy with my employment.

Cons

No benefits matching. Repetitive training modules. Opportunities for growth and rate increases are a bit challenging to pursue. Schedule and pay can be unpredictable due to client cancellations and unavailable subbing opportunities.
