Pros

The folks at STAR of CA do a really good job supervising and supporting the RBTs. I was paired with a more experienced RBT for a 2:1 case and felt like I learned a lot from him and from our supervisor, who spent lots of time with us. Very grateful for this company's commitment to supporting RBTs. There's also a very clear incentive structure $

No summer job security They might hire you before they have a full-time caseload for you
