Pros

It’s amazing seeing the progress that our clients make and very rewarding to see the smiles on their faces when they see that they’re learning as well.

Cons

Very low pay, good for a temporary starting position maybe before branching off. I do not think we get paid enough for the work we are doing. Not enough shadowing sessions, that would be beneficial to the BTs to feel comfortable before starting with little experience.
