Pros

My supervisors were really supportive. Working in schools gives you more hours , parents I have worked with were really nice and treats you like family.

Cons

Working at the schools, the classroom did not have enough support which left me and another staff with the entire class. There were times when I was alone watching a class of 8 when there were kids that were more 1:1. If you don't have prior experience in the field, this job is mentally draining and tests your patience. For the amount of work and stress you have to deal with, the compensation is too low.
