Pros

very supportive management, working with families was rewarding.

Cons

hours can get significantly cut with cancelled appointments, company valued the clients and families they served to the extent that a family could complain about anything and remove you from the team, thereby affecting hours and pay. these reasons don't need to be about your work ethic at all, it can be anything as simple as accidentally making a kid cry after telling them pigs can't fly. when you put your all in a case and get removed for something as trivial as that, the work can feel draining. if you can handle switching from case to case, this is a very rewarding job. but if you need something secure, consider other jobs.
