Pros

One of the best reasons to work here is the clients (kiddos) you get to know and work with. The company provides a work iPad and a dollar raise for receiving your RBT certification. The supervisors and managers I have worked with have all been communicative and helpful and are interested in what's best for the client and want to make sure my job is achievable.

Cons

Downsides are high turnover rates due to the emotional toll a job like this can take. When clients cancel sessions last minute you can miss out on pay even after making the drive to them. Lots of passwords and accounts to keep track of.
