Pros

Denied raise requests, denied COLA! Who does that?!

Cons

They’ll pat you on the head to tell you they appreciate you. They shoot out a generic corny email to allllllll the BTs around Christmas to say that you’re appreciated. But they won’t do anything else. I don’t need verbal praise. I need to make a living.

We sincerely appreciate your dedication over the years and regret that you feel unappreciated. We understand how important compensation and communication are to creating a positive workplace. While we aim to recognize our team, we realize more can be done in terms of action rather than words. We’re committed to addressing these issues and will be evaluating our compensation policies and internal communications to make improvements. Thank you for your feedback.
