We are sorry that you had such a negative experience. We do take the actions of our leaders very seriously. We also want to create a culture where employees feel they can reach out and discuss with HR and/or senior leadership if there is inappropriate behavior of any sort. I'm sorry that we let you down in that commitment if you didn't feel you could make that call. If you are still with the organization I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you further. I agree that leadership is critical to the success of any organization. Over the past 18 months we have spent more time on trying to create a stronger leadership development program that will allow us to better train and support both current and potential leaders within the organization. We are committed to trying to promote from within whenever possible in order to retain great talent and build greater expertise within the organization.

We appreciate your feedback. We are actively working to review and improve salaries for staff in Property Management. This will not be overnight, but we do expect to try and increase salaries over the next 1-2 years, beginning this spring.
