Pros

* Some great people work here but not enough to make a difference * Hybrid/Remote options * Better than average work/life balance

Cons

* Generally poor benefits * Small bonus + small salary raise every year does not keep up with inflation * Told there is no budget for training. No opportunity for career development * HR works for the Friends' Club, does not work for employees. I wouldn't dare complain to upper management or HR about anything or I'll most likely be writing my ticket out. I do not perceive any employee loyalty * Heavy at the top, lower-level employees do not participate in Management meetings or roundtables with senior leaders *Senior leaders are detached from reality and delegate almost all responsibilities to middle managers *Middle managers are allowed to abuse their power and mistreat direct reports *Plenty of waste everywhere you look *Improvisation, on-the-job training, mediocrity, and chaos are rampant *Sycophants and dumb people abound. They make the Friends' Club members laugh, lift their ego, feel smarter, etc. and therefore are allowed to continue on impacting productivity/efficiency

Pros

Easy paycheck. Hybrid or WFH depending on department.

Cons

Overpaid useless middle management and leadership teams. When the new shine wears off, they lose interest in projects and people. Favoritism and nepotism rule and one hand doesn't know what the other is doing!
