We appreciate your feedback on the mission and also regarding diversity at TCB. While we strive to improve our diverse representation at all levels of the organization, we are proud of the fact that of the 21 senior most leaders in the organization currently, five are African-American. This includes leaders in Property Management, Real Estate Development, Communications and Fund Development, and Human Resources.
