Very flexible, and supportive. Great Teams. Great Culture/Environment (NO DRAMA). Accessible leaders. Great Mission. It's hard work, but we get the tools and support we need to do excellent work.

Cons

Benefits and pay could be better - but this is human services, after all - so there is only so much to go around.
