Pros

Flexible schedule, coworkers are helpful , 401k match 3%, cell phone stipend, other corporate discounts. Free parking, no real dress code that enforced.

Cons

Management in family care program is hot and cold from day to day. Health insurance continues to rise. The paperwork is very repetitive. Management does not listen to employees and thinks that a yearly gift card can fix all the internal problems.

Pros

Mission to help vulnerable populations is a needed cause. Strong leadership who own decisions and responsibility. Technological advances. Good employee benefits!

Cons

It can be a challenge for all offices throughout the State to feel connected due to physical distance (not a major con at all, but what comes to mind).
