Very disorganized company and I’m not sure how they stay in business. The kids they have left in charge of the store are doing a good job of running it into the ground. Management could care less about the people working for them and you will definitely be treated as a number and not a person. They will change the amount of commission that they pay you without any notice. They will give you team goals to reach that are completely impossible due to the low performers that you will be working with that checked out a long time ago. Management has zero leadership skills and are not provided with any training for the positions that they are given. Employees are treated with a great deal of disrespect and this is tolerated by not only management but HR as well.
