Pros

Great team! The experience is fulfilling being able to help and interact with people. This company gives me the opportunity to learn and grow in different aspects as a managers keeps me ready for next positive challenge! The best reward is the company treats us like real people and think of our families, from great insurances to leaving the doors open during this tragic pandemic! I plan on being with this company for a long time. Great incentives and opportunities always available!

Cons

Only downside I can think of is Friday's should be jean day!

Pros

With the demands on my personal life, I have had issues with other jobs that I have held, but since starting with Community Choice, the hours are so much better to help meet more of the personal demands. The salaries are very competitive and the opportunities within the organization are great.

Cons

Like with any company that deals with computer systems and depends so much on internet and privacy information, there are several safeguard systems that have to work together and when those systems go down it does cause some headache, but the IT teams working those situations handle them quickly to try to reduce those situations as much as possible.
