Pros

There are no pros anymore. It has went downhill since CCFI bought out Titlemax. We used to have great leadership and now it’s awful from the top down. Our Regional is horrible and doesn’t do anything. We used to have James P from Titlemax and he was the best regional ever. He cared about his people. Now it’s so bad. Dictatorship and bonuses have dropped.

Cons

The entire company is a con. Stay away. Do not work here. It’s a landmine of horrible leaders at the top.

Pros

None the company was bought by CCFI and it's been going downhill ever since for employees and customers.

Cons

Offers a crappy base pay and even finds ways to lower your store profit which will lower your monthly bonus. Like in March 2 days before payroll they took 20k from my profit which lowered my check by 1k. I went from making 6k a month on average to 3k a month on average. The hours changed over time they will extend the hours with a same day notice. Management talks to its DDOs like garbage if their district is failing to sell high interest loans. You only have 2 employees in an office which is difficult when there is a high turnover rate. I feel terrible for the employees who put in 10 plus years because it amounted to nothing. Interest went way up on loans and corporate is taking over more simple tasks.

Pros

Coworkers become family, that’s the only benefit.

Cons

Micromanagement, if salary expectations are not to have a personal life, work for over a decade and getting rid of all the good things the company used to have for all valuable employees, I will not recommend this company, it was great in Nevada before they sold it to CCFI, upper management doesn’t care about their employees at all. You are very replaceable.
