Business Outlook

Pros

PTO, Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends

Cons

Horrible management starting at Director level and getting worse the higher it went. Extremely low pay Bad health insurance Constant pressure to perform at higher levels, when we set the standard of organization, bad debt, and collections for the entire district. Little to no recognition for your achievements as a store or associate. No room to grow within the company

Good Pay, Constant Chaos

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

- Good pay - Decent benefits - Lots of good workmates - Easy to access work location

Cons

- Constant chaos in the form of last-minute priority shifts - upper management has no ability to plan further ahead than one week - Unless you are in upper management, you will not be empowered to make decisions on your own - you are a worker bee - Working for a title loan and payday lender has a social stigma associated with it
